Hello, my name is Arlán Paloalto.

I coach professionals, entrepreneurs, and ministry leaders who want to grow into stronger leaders, navigate challenging workplace dynamics, and create meaningful results in their career, business, or organization.

Alma, meaning “soul” in Spanish, reflects the depth, clarity, and intention I bring to this work. I believe good leadership isn't just about what you accomplish. It's about how you think, how you make decisions, how you lead people, and the kind of influence you have along the way.

experience that shapes the work

Before starting Alma, I spent more than 10 years in Human Resources, working as both an HR practitioner and leader across complex organizations.

I've partnered with executives and senior leaders through organizational change, team growth, conflict, restructuring, talent decisions, and leadership development. I've helped leaders think through difficult people decisions, assess and develop talent, navigate organizational complexity, and build stronger teams.

That experience shapes how I coach and advise today.

I understand leadership from both sides: the person carrying the responsibility and the organization trying to build something that lasts. I know what it's like to sit across the table from a leader working through a difficult decision, a team navigating change, or an organization trying to figure out what it needs next.

My work now brings those experiences together through leadership coaching and people & leadership partnership.

I don't believe leaders need more theory for the sake of theory.

They need space to think clearly, someone willing to ask the questions that get underneath the surface, and practical support for turning insight into action.

Whether we're working through a leadership challenge, developing a team, building talent practices, or thinking about what's next, my goal is the same: help you lead with greater clarity, intention, and character.

I also offer coaching in both English and Spanish, creating space for clients who prefer to reflect and process in either language.
