ABOUT ME
Hello, my name is Arlán Paloalto. I coach professionals, entrepreneurs, and ministry leaders who want to grow into stronger leaders, navigate challenging workplace dynamics, and create meaningful results in their career, business, or organization. Alma, meaning “soul” in Spanish, reflects the depth, clarity, and intention I bring to this work.
With over 10 years of experience in HR as both an individual contributor and leader, I’ve supported corporate and church leaders through conflict, transitions, and growth. I understand how complex leadership can feel when you’re responsible for people, culture, and results; especially when values and mission matter deeply.
I also offer coaching in both English and Spanish, creating space for clients who prefer to reflect and process in either language.
